long before we started making our popular jam, we made biscotti. we love to experiment and on a whim whipped up the recipie for these tasty treats.

for special occasions we would bake up a batch for friends and family who always asked for more. when our jam became popular we were caught by surprise and felt bad that this product was only available for a short period of time each year.
